Sales, Customized, and Bridal dresses are non-refundable non-exchangeable.
An item is eligible for a return if it is damaged or wrong (mistakenly wrong product delivered). You can request a return by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your goods back.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it with all labels/tags and original packaging complete. Your refund will be in the form of a credit voucher which will be emailed to you within 7 days from when we confirm receipt for your item.
Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
To cancel your order please email our customer service team at email@example.com. We usually ship orders within 12 hours so it may not be possible to honour your request if you fail to inform us within 12 hours.
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit voucher for purchases made on our website provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your order. You can inform us of your wish to cancel your order by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges for non faulty items.
If you are returning faulty goods please contact us prior to shipping the goods back to us. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
If you have availed free shipping offers then the cost of this will be deducted from any refunds.
